New Historical Projects

Historical fiction is my first love with a particular slant towards the Classical period, although any historical fiction is good. I've written two historical novels on Genghis Khan which you can sample in My Books. The writers that I read, and who have in some way influenced my writing are: Tim Willocks (The Religion), Bernard Cornwell (Sharpe Series), Alexander Cordell, Conn Iggulden, Alfred Duggan, Michael Curtis Ford, Stephen Pressfield, Garry Kilworth, Allan Mallinson, James Nelson, Patrick O'Brian, Jean Plaidy, Dudley Pope, Nigel Trantor, Mary Renault, Edward Rutherford, Simon Scarrow, CJ Sansom, Jack Whyte, John Wilcox... to name but a few!
